Dear friends, family, and fans,

I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but the KingJasteroth Website has had quite the overhaul over the last few days. I’ve added several more pages branching out beyond the scope of Jasteroth itself, and even a couple pages where avid readers like you and me can find the top trending books on Amazon. I’ve also decided to create my own personal blog where I can feature non-KingJasteroth related articles and reviews because as much as I love King Jasteroth, the world doesn’t revolve around that particular series, yet. ūüėČ

Here is a list of all the pages I’ve added this week.

And I’ve also updated all the links on the site; making sure that everything leads to the correct place and that everything is working.

  • May is fast approaching, I am so excited to have the members of Voracious Readers reach out and read King Jasteroth.
  • The Legacy of King Jasteroth Vol. 1 has officially been submitted to the Catalogue for brick and mortar stores, super excited and can’t wait to see my listing featured next month. (This is the part where you cross your fingers and wish me luck).

King Jasteroth is in the hands of multiple people right now, being read, being reviewed, I’m super excited about this. I had the strangest dream last night, it was a dream that someone contacted me over FB Messenger to tell me that they read my book but they didn’t like it; they couldn’t get past 16 pages. So in my dream, we were messaging back and forth, I was asking what they did and didn’t like and they were replying with a strange tone (over the messages) which I thought was suspicious. This is how the conversation played out,

“Aren’t you upset that I didn’t like it?” the person typed.

“No,” I replied.

“Why? I hated it, I couldn’t get past 16 pages.”

“Because not everyone is going to fall in love with my book, that’s just the reality of it. I’ve had good to great feedback from all of my readers and reviewers, so as strange as it may sound, I’m happy you didn’t like it. I appreciate your¬†honesty,” I explained to them.

*There was a long silence from their end of things*

“Did you purchase the ebook or the paperback?” I asked, feeling unusually suspicious of this person.

“I just didn’t like it, I couldn’t finish it because it ended on page 16,” they typed quickly before signing off.

Then it dawned on me; they read the sample and they were mad because it ended on page 16. In my¬†dream, I logged into my instafreebie¬†account and there it was! They had read the sample and they were angry at me because they thought that they were going to read the book for free; they didn’t realize sample meant sample.

I think I need to take a break from this… It’s infiltrating my¬†mind at every point of my day; not even sleep can help me escape.
